6 weeks to stronger and more confident Olympic lifts
On Saturdays from 8am to 10am, come to the largest and best equipped weightlifting facility in the Bay Area to get specialized Olympic lifting coaching. Starting March 3, you will get full technical and strength training session with our USAW certified coaches.
This is the perfect addition to your current training program and fitness routine.
- 6 Saturdays, running from March 3 to April 7
- 2 hours each Saturday, starting at 8am
- Full training session, starting with technique work and ending with squats and strength
- At the end of each class you will be given notes and things to work on during the week.
- Ending with a max lift session on our Eleiko competition platform
- Capped at 8 people for lots of personalized attention
This class is designed for the beginner: brand new lifters to people training at a CrossFit gym to people training alone without a coach.
