Strength programming in most group fitness gyms is geared towards the intermediate lifter, often leaving novice lifters feeling lost and advanced lifters without the time and resources to keep progressing. We program to each person’s level, starting with a movement evaluation to discuss goals and history, and making sure each new member gets the exercises needed to be comfortable and safe.\

At SPS we give each of our Strength and Conditioning members a personalized strength program that focuses on their skill level and their personal goals, be they strength focused, physique focused, skill focused, or an individual combination of all three.
