SPS has a unique approach to conditioning workouts.
Instead of trying to include strength and conditioning together in a single class, we have decoupled the conditioning to allow for a more personalized experience for our members. Do you still have some energy after your Olympic lifting or heavy bench presses? Jump into the group conditioning and get your heart pumping!
We put these workouts together to take 15 mins or less, utilizing intervals or high intensity circuit training so that you don’t need time for another entire workout to get your conditioning in. Because our members spend most of their time training with the barbell, our conditioning circuit use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and body weight movements to keep your movements and your body well rounded.
